Regulations of the

Longstanding Client Card Program

These regulations specify the rules of participation as well as awarding and using of the Longstanding Client Card issued by the Targor-Truck Sp. z o.o. Ławy 97, 07-411 Rzekuń, further on called "The Card". The program organizer is Targor-Truck Sp. z o.o. based in Ławy 97, gmina Rzekun, post code 07-411, entered into the business register by the Warsaw Regional Court in Warsaw, XIV Economic Department of the National Court Register under the number KRS: 0000068646 (later called "the Organizer"), responsible for the correct organization of the Program.

I.

Range and Duration Time of the Program

1. The Program is conducted on the main premises of the Organizer in Ławy 97, gmina Rzekun, post code 07-411 starting on 05.02.2008 until cancellation and is reserved for adult persons and business entities conducting business in all its forms.

2. The Program includes the following Sales Departments of the Organizer:

1. Fuel Station
2. Authorized Bosch Service and Tire Sales Department
3. Authorized Service of Man Star Trucks
4. Regional Diagnostic Station
5. The Car Wash

Rebates for services and products afforded the Targor-Truck Sp. z o.o. Card holder.

4. Private persons or businesses, which fulfill the requirements of Program membership, outlined in these regulations and who make use of the Program will further on be called "Members".

5. Promotional rebates resulting from other promotional offers and contests do not combine with the discounts afforded to Cardholders.

II.

Rules of Program membership

Any private person or business can become a member of the Program. In order to participate in the Program following criteria must be met:

1. while the Program lasts, 50PLN worth of fuel must be purchased at the Targor-Truck Fuel station;
2. pay for the purchase in cash at the register;
3. no money may be owed the Program Organizer;
4. The discount afforded the cardholder may not be exchanged to cash.
5. A Card damaged in such a way as to make the identification of the Card or the cardholder will not be accepted.
6. In case of loss of or damage to the Card the cardholder should see the Fuel Station Manager, with valid identification, in order to receive a duplicate Card.
7. Unused discounts accrued through Card Membership is non-refundable.
8. Products or service purchased after the finalization of the transaction are non-refundable.

III.

Rules of Card Issuance

1. A person or business which purchases fuel at the Targor-Truck Fuel Station and fulfills all of the requirements from Chapter II, points 1a, b, c will be issued the Longstanding Client Card.
2. The Longstanding Client Card is issued on the day of the purchase after positively verifying the Member.
3. The client accepts the rules in these regulations by signing the Card.
4. The Card never expires.
5. The person whose name is displayed on the Card can be the only user of the card.
6. The Card displays a name and a unique number and is registered in the Targor-Truck Sp. z o.o. data base.
7. All complains and claims, which deal with Card membership, can only be directed to Targor-Truck Sp. z o.o.

IV.

Claims

Claims of Members regarding the Program should be filed in writing and mailed certified mail or delivered personally within 7 days of the day of the purchase of the product or service performed covered by the Program, only to the following address:

with the annotation: "Longstanding Client Card" Program - claim, or emailed to the address: program@targor-truck.pl with "Longstanding Client Card" in the subject field. A claim regarding service or a purchase can be filed on the basis of a copy of a proof of purchase or of services received by a properly identified Member. Every claim should contain:

1. First and Last name of the Member/ Business information
2. An accurate return address of the Member along with a phone number;
3. Description of the claim.

Claims will be processed within 14 days of claim receipt. The Member who filed the claim will be notified of the decision. The decisions of the Committee reviewing claims are final.

V.

Final Resolutions

1. The following Regulations apply to all Members.
2. Employees of the Organizer and their spouses are excluded from membership in the Program.
3. The Organizer, or any other business cooperating within the Program, is not responsible for errors or omissions of the postal service or businesses providing phone or Internet services.
4. Program Membership is voluntary.
5. Targor-Truck Sp. z o.o. is the sole issuer and owner of the Card.
6. The Organizer has the right to change or supplement the conditions of the Program, that is these Regulations, or to cancel the Program at any time, notification of that will be made on the web page www.targor-truck.pl as well as in the facilities concerned with the Program. Legal actions, which result in purchasing the rights to receive goods or services covered by the Program, which happened before the time of Regulation changes, current rules will apply. Because of these considerations, the Organizer advises potential Members to check any information about Program duration on the above mentioned web page before making a purchase of goods covered by the Program.
7. These Regulations are available on the web page www.targor-truck.pl as well as the place of residence of the Organizer.
8. All claims regarding Card Membership can only be filed with Targor-Truck Sp. z o.o.
9. The Program comprises of bonus sales on the basis of different laws, especially tax laws.
10. In cases not covered by these Regulations applicable regulations of Polish law apply.
11. All disputes regarding the Program, which cannot be resolved by the sides in an amicable way, will be subject to resolution by an applicable regional court in the place of residence of the Organizer.
12. Organizer's liability to all Members is limited to real losses and to the amount, in PLN, of an applicable discount of goods purchased or services received at specified Departments.

Regulations of optional sales "Dinner Vouchers"

These regulations of optional sales: "Dinner Vouchers" (later on referred to as "the Program") include the following conditions of membership: The Program Organizer is Targor-Truck Sp. z o.o. with the place of residence in Ławy 97 gmina Rzekuń, postal code 07-411, entered into the business register by the Warsaw Regional Court in Warsaw, XIV Economic Department of the National Court Register under the number KRS: 0000068646 (later called "the Organizer"), responsible for the correct organization of the Program.

1. The Program is conducted on the main premises of the Organizer in Ławy 97, gmina Rzekun, post code 07-411 starting on 02.01.2008 until cancellation and is reserved for adult persons and business entities conducting business in all its forms.

2. The Program includes the following Sales Departments of the Organizer:

1. The Authorized Service of Man Star Trucks
2. The Authorized Bosch Service and Tire Sales Department
3. The Automotive Shop
4. The Fuel Station

3. Private persons or businesses, which fulfill the requirements of Program membership, outlined in these regulations and who make use of the Program will further on be called "Members".

II.

Rules of Program Membership

1. In order to participate in the Program following criteria must be met:

a) while the Program lasts, starting with January 1st of 2008 a one time purchase of products or services must be made in the Departments mentioned under point 2 of Chapter I of these regulations for a net amount of:

1. 3000PLN - Tire Sales Department
2. 1000PLN - The Authorized Man Star Trucks Service
3. 1000PLN - The Automotive Shop
4. 1000PLN - The Authorized Bosch Service
5. 400 liters - of Diesel fuel purchase with cash at the Fuel Station

b) make the payment for the purchased goods with cash at the checkout or within the time period specified on the invoice;

c) no money may be owed the Program Organizer;

2. Regarding the Program, the VAT invoice or the receipt of the purchase of parts or services, issued to the private party or business, is the proof of purchase.

III.

Rules of Awarding Promotional Gifts

1. The business or person who purchases automotive goods or services covered by the Program and fulfills all the requirements from points 1a,b, c of Chapter II, will receive a bonus gift in the form of a dinner voucher for one person. Dinner vouchers are only accepted at the Truck Driver restaurant located in the Fuel Station building at Ławy 97, gmina Rzekuń.

2. A member who has been negatively verified is not entitled to participate in the Program and to receive the bonus gift.

3. All claims regarding voucher ownership can only be directed to Targor-Truck Sp. z o.o.

4. The bonus gift is issued on the day of the purchase after positively verifying the Member.

IV.

Claims

1. Claims of Members regarding the Program should be filed in writing and mailed certified mail or delivered personally within 1 day of the use of the Program, only to the following address:

The Organizer has the right to change or supplement the conditions of the Program, that is these Regulations, or to cancel the Program at any time, notification of that will be made on the web page www.targor-truck.pl as well as in the facilities concerned with the Program. Legal actions, which result in purchasing the rights to receive goods or services covered by the Program, which happened before the time of Regulation changes, current rules will apply. Because of these considerations, the Organizer advises potential Members to check any information about Program duration on the above mentioned web page before making a purchase of goods covered by the Program.

8. In cases not covered by these Regulations, applicable regulations of Polish law apply.
9. All disputes regarding the Program, which cannot be resolved by the sides in an amicable way, will be subject to resolution by an applicable regional court in the place of residence of the Organizer.
10. Organizer's liability to all Members is limited to real losses and the equivalent value of promotional gifts to be awarded for the purchase of products at specified Departments of the Organizer, named in point number 2 in Chapter I above, and in no case should amount to more than 20.00 PLN total, unless applicable governing laws dictate otherwise.
